A Family’s Tradition…

On Saturday mornings, Mammaw would wake early, get out the ingredients, a skillet (she got a griddle later) and start making these delicious pancakes for us. She would cook scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage to go with them. We’d top off the pancakes with real butter and Johnnie Fair syrup. There was nothing better!
